Call Hub
Lead card → dial → disposition → notes → Log & Next Lead. The deal tools for the stage you pick appear next to the disposition. Scripts, disclosures, objection responses and the QA checklist stay on the sales guide ↗.
Draft build. Nothing on this page charges, signs or books anything. The buttons open or copy the same customer links the sales guide uses. Opening a link or checking a box is not payment or acceptance; only Cristopher’s verification in HighLevel confirms a payment or a signature.
Not connected. Log lines can be copied and pasted into the contact’s notes.
Connect logging (Cristopher)
Stored only in this browser. The workflow must be published before events reach a contact timeline; until then, use the copy button on each log line.
Who you are calling
Paste from HighLevel, or open this page with ?name=&business=&phone=&email=&contact= in the address to pre-fill it.
Read aloud · first 10 seconds of every call
“Just so you know, this call may be recorded.”
Calls are recorded by the company’s HighLevel numbers, not by this page. Dial opens whatever handles tel: links on this computer: if that is the HighLevel web dialer or the LeadConnector app, the call is on a company number and is recorded; if it opens FaceTime or another phone app, it is not. When in doubt, use “Open contact in HighLevel” and dial from the contact page. Pick the same disposition in the dialer’s post-call panel so the Dialer workflows run.
What happened on the call
Optional email: opens a draft in your own mail app with the right customer link for the stage you picked. Nothing is sent until you send it.

No deal tools for this outcome. Log it; the No answer rotation in HighLevel brings the lead back after the wait.
No deal tools for this outcome. Put the agreed time in the notes and the follow-up date.
No deal tools for this outcome. Record why in the notes so nobody calls them again for the same thing.
Book it while you are on the call. The calendar sends the confirmation; the customer picks the time.
The form opens with the lead card already filled in. Submitting it creates the quote request, notifies Cristopher and logs it on the contact.
Details to paste if the form did not pre-fill
Cristopher is reviewing the order. Do not share any checkout link until he confirms the exact amount due.
Read aloud
“Please read your final order and terms before paying. This is a one-time $500 setup payment; it does not start a subscription.”
If the amount due is anything other than $500, do not use this link. Ask Cristopher for a customer-specific invoice. Never collect card or bank details yourself. Copying or opening the link is not payment: Cristopher confirms the transaction in HighLevel.
Send the customer the acknowledgment to review and sign themselves. The rep never signs for them.
Cristopher verifies the actual transaction in GHL before the customer signs. Setup begins only after payment + signatures are complete.
QA hard gate. Log & Next Lead stays blocked until all eight boxes are checked. 0 of 8
Do not call
DNC request will be logged — the contact is suppressed from future lists.
When you log this call, the DNC flag goes to HighLevel with the log (DND on every channel, tag dnc). If logging is not connected, set it yourself: open the contact in HighLevel → DND → all channels, and pick “DNC — Do Not Call” in the dialer’s post-call panel so the Dialer — DNC workflow runs.
Close the call
This session’s log
Kept only in this browser tab; it clears when the tab closes. Each line can be copied into the HighLevel contact’s notes.
